How Long Does Activation Take After I Subscribed?
Once you have subscribed and left the checkout, your tools will be activated promptly, typically within 48 hours. However, if you have been waiting for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us by sending a brief email to support@trntrading.ai. Our dedicated support team will promptly address and resolve your issue.

Where Can I Find My Indicators After They Have Been Activated?
On TradingView your Tools will be located under Indicators > Invite-only scripts. For more details just visit our topic "Setup Our Tools On TradingView" in the sidebar on the left.

Are Our Tools Suitable For All Markets?
Our innovative tools can be applied to any market or timeframe of your preference, without any constraints. You can use them with ease and flexibility to analyze the markets of your choice without any limitations.
Do I Need A Paid TradingView Subscription?
The paid version of TradingView is not a necessity. Nevertheless, it is important to note that TradingView's free account only allows you to add up to two of our tools to your chart at once.
We recommend to add one of the TRN Chart Patterns in combination with a TRN Price Action tool, like for example TRN Bars or the Swing Suite. Have a look into our Combinations section to find possible combinations of our tools.
However, if you want to have access to all of our Tools on a single chart without having to add each Tool individually, upgrading to one of TradingView's paid versions may be a good option for you. With the Premium version, you can add multiple indicators to a single chart, which can be advantageous for traders who want to use a comprehensive set of analysis tools without any restrictions.

How Can I Upgrade My Subscription?
To upgrade your subscription, first cancel your existing one. Then, subscribe to the desired plan on our website.
How Do I Cancel My Plan?
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your account via our website.
- Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
- Locate your active subscriptions.
- Select the subscription(s) you wish to upgrade by clicking the "View Subscription" button.
- Click on the "Cancel my subscription" to cancel your subscription.
Your tools will remain active throughout the remaining days of the current subscription cycle for which you have already made payment.
If you haven't created an account yet, you can also access your subscription by clicking the "View subscription" button included in the confirmation email we send you once you've subscribed to one of our plans.
Do You Have A Free Trial?
Our 14-days free trial allows you to thoroughly evaluate our tools and confirm their quality before making a financial commitment. Additionally, we offer free community versions of some of our tools on our TradingView profile. They will give you a first impression of our work.
How To Access Free Trial?
To Access our free trial, just go to our website and click on the "Free Trial" button in the header section and enter your email address and TradingView username. Now click on "Sign Up" and your tools will be activated typically within the next few minutes.

What Happens After I Finish My Free Trial?
When your free trial expires, you will lose access to our indicators. Rest assured, we will notify you via email to ensure you have ample time to prepare. After this transition, we invite you to subscribe to one of our plans on our website. By taking advantage of these option, you can seamlessly continue using our powerful trading tools.
Don't worry, we will inform you about the expiration of your free trial in time by mail.
