1. How long does activation take after I joined Open Beta?
Once you have joined our Open Beta, your Tools will be activated promptly, typically within 48 hours. However, if you have been waiting for more than 48 hours, please reach out to us by sending a brief email to support@trntrading.ai. Our dedicated support team will promptly address and resolve your issue.
Alternatively, you can also utilize the contact form on our website's contact page or create a support ticket on our Discord server for assistance. We are committed to providing you with a swift resolution to any concerns you may encounter.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the activation of your tools, and kindly reach out to us only after this timeframe has passed.
2. Where can I find my tools on TradingView after activation?
On TradingView your Tools will be located under Indicators > Invite-only scripts. For more details just visit our topic "Setup Our Tools On TradingView" in the sidebar on the left.
3. Do I need a paid TradingView subscription?
The paid version of TradingView is not a necessity. Nevertheless, it is important to note that TradingView's free account only allows you to add up to two of our tools to your chart at once.
We recommend to add one of the TRN Chart Patterns in combination with a tool of the TRN Basics, like for example TRN Bars or TRN Swings. Have a look into our Combinations section to find possible combinations of our tools.
However, if you want to have access to all of our Tools on a single chart without having to add each Tool individually, upgrading to one of TradingView's paid versions may be a good option for you. With the Premium version, you can add multiple indicators to a single chart, which can be advantageous for traders who want to use a comprehensive set of analysis tools without any restrictions.
4. Are our tools suitable for all markets?
Our innovative tools can be applied to any market or timeframe of your preference, without any constraints. You can use them with ease and flexibility to analyze the markets of your choice without any limitations.
5. What happens when Open Beta ends?
When the Open Beta period concludes, your tools will be disabled. Rest assured, we will notify you via email at least one week before the beta ends to ensure you have ample time to prepare. After this transition, we invite you to explore our two-week free trial on our website or consider subscribing directly to one of our three comprehensive bundles. By taking advantage of these options, you can seamlessly continue using our powerful trading tools beyond the beta phase.
